WOW Vegas is a Website which offers Participants the chance to play casino-style games and to make sports-event predictions for the purpose of entertainment. WOW Vegas also gives away free SC Game entries, these SC entries are referred to as \u201cSC Coins\u201d or \u201cSC\u201d both in these SC Game Rules and on the Website. SC can be used to participate in Promotional SC Play which in turn offers Eligible Participants a chance to win further SC. SC which are won via the Promotional SC play can be redeemed for real prizes.<\/p>\n

These SC Game Rules are to be read and agreed to in conjunction with the WOW Vegas Terms and Conditions (the T&C\u2019s<\/b>). All Terms which are defined in the T&C\u2019s have the exact same meaning in these SC Game Rules as they do in the T&C\u2019s.<\/p>\n

The Sponsor\/Promoter of the SC Games is MW Services Limited (company registration number 120828<\/b>) a limited liability company incorporated in Gibraltar, and subject to Gibraltar law, having its registered address at 5-9 Main Street, Gibraltar GX11 1AA.<\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SC GAME RULES ALSO INCORPORATE CLAUSE 18 OF THE T&Cs. CLAUSE 18 INCLUDES A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY LEGAL CLAIM OF A CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE TYPE. CLAUSE 18 ALSO REQUIRES YOU TO PURSUE ANY AND ALL PAST, PENDING, AND\/OR FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US VIA INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ARBITRATION ONLY. YOU WILL BE OFFERED A SPECIFIED TIME FRAME IN WHICH TO OPT OUT OF THIS PARTICULAR CLAUSE.<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. ELIGIBILITY TO PLAY WOW VEGAS SC GAMES<\/b>\n
      \n
    1. The following definitions apply to these SC Game Rules:\n
        \n
      1. Eligible Participants<\/b>\u00a0means legal residents of the United States of America or Canada who are located within the Permitted Territories at the time of participating in Promotional Play and who meet all other eligibility requirements set out in these SC Game Rules;<\/li>\n
      2. Permitted Territories<\/strong>\u00a0refers specifically to the United States of America when a Participant is located in any state excluding Idaho, Nevada, Washington, Michigan, Montana, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, California, Tennessee, Indiana, Maine, Illinois and Canada when a Participant is located in any province or territory excluding Quebec;<\/li>\n
      3. Participant<\/b>\u00a0means an individual who participates in the Promotional Play offered on the Website;<\/li>\n
      4. Promotional Play<\/b>\u00a0refers to the promotional SC play offered at the WOW Vegas Website. Promotional Play includes casino-style games and sports-event prediction games in which an Eligible Participant may use SC to select or predict the outcome of one or more sporting events, markets or occurrences within a sporting event (\u201cSports Picks\u201d). Promotional Play is restricted to Eligible Participants only, who must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the specific legal age to enter Promotional SC in their state or province of residence, whichever is higher, at the time of entry;<\/li>\n
      5. Sports Pick<\/b>\u00a0means an item of Promotional Play in which an Eligible Participant uses SC to select or predict the outcome of one or more sporting events, markets or occurrences within a sporting event;<\/li>\n
      6. Sports Picks House Rules<\/b>\u00a0means the sport-by-sport and market-by-market rules for the submission, voiding and settlement of Sports Picks which are published on the Website and which are incorporated into and form part of these SC Game Rules;<\/li>\n
      7. Unique Mail-In Request<\/b>\u00a0Code refers to the process set out in clause 2. iv. of these SC Game Rules;<\/li>\n
      8. Promotional SC Games and SC redemption are only available when access occurs from a location within the Permitted Territories. When access occurs from a restricted state or province, SC Games and SC redemption are not available;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      9. The SC Promotions offered by WOW Vegas are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws, rules and regulations. As a Participant it is your sole responsibility to determine whether the Promotional SC Games offered by WOW Vegas is legal and compliant with all laws, rules and regulations in the jurisdiction in which you reside.<\/li>\n
      10. Participation constitutes the full and unconditional agreement of the Participant to these SC Game Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and\/or Promoter. The decisions of the Sponsor and\/or Promoter are final and binding in all matters which relate to the SC Games offered.<\/li>\n
      11. Sports Picks may not be available in every Permitted Territory. The Sponsor\/Promoter may restrict Sports Picks, or particular sports, events or markets, in any jurisdiction at any time and in its sole discretion. A Participant must be physically located in a territory in which the relevant Sports Pick is offered both when submitting the entry and, where required, when accessing or redeeming any resulting SC prize. Eligibility to participate in casino-style Promotional Play does not of itself confer eligibility to make Sports Picks.<\/li>\n
      12. The winning of a prize is entirely contingent upon Participants fulfilling all requirements set out in these SC Game Rules.<\/li>\n
      13. Employees of MW Services Limited, any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Games and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage or adoption) and household members (people who share the same residence at least 6 months of the year) are not eligible to Participate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. HOW TO COLLECT SC COINS<\/b>\n
            \n
          1. In order to Participate in the Promotional SC Games, you must hold and log into an active and verified Customer Account.<\/li>\n
          2. If you do not have an existing Customer Account, you can easily create one at https:\/\/wowvegas.com free of charge.<\/li>\n
          3. Eligible Participants who access WOW Vegas website are able to collect SC Coins in multiple ways as detailed below:<\/li>\n
          4. Collect SC Coins as a free bonus when purchasing WOW Coins.<\/b>\n

            Eligible Participants are able to collect SC Coins as a free bonus when successfully purchasing specific promotional WOW Coin packs. Each coin pack which qualifies for this promotion will be clearly marked as such. WOW Coins can be only used for social casino-style fun game play as WOW Vegas. WOW Coins cannot be redeemed for real prizes. The exact number of SC Coins which an Eligible Participant will receive as a free bonus for each qualifying promotional WOW Coin purchase will be stated clearly in the coin store and on the payment screens.<\/p>\n

            PURCHASES OF WOW COINS ARE ALWAYS FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.<\/b><\/li>\n

          5. Collect Free SC Coins via Free-To-Enter contests on the WOW Vegas Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.<\/b>\n

            The Sponsor\/Promoter offers Eligible Participants the opportunity to collect SC Coins via free giveaway contests on social media platforms. Eligible Participants can enter these contests via following specific instructions detailed for each individual contest. Entry may require a user to like, comment, share and\/or complete another simple interaction with the specific social media post. The amount of SC Coins and number of winning positions available will be clearly stated on the social media post. SC Coins won via these contests will be credited to Eligible Participants Customer Accounts directly, following the end date of each contest.<\/li>\n

          6. Daily Email Competition:\u00a0<\/b>Eligible Participants can participate in our Daily Email Competition. Below details how to claim SC Coins in this way:\n

            1. Login to your Customer Account.<\/li>\n
            2. Go to the promotion page and click on Daily Email Competition promo.<\/li>\n
            3. Click the \u201cSend Email\u201d button on the page. This will send an email to your inbox.<\/li>\n
            4. You must reply to the email received with the words “OPT IN”.<\/li>\n
            5. 100 Winners will be picked at random, emailed and credited the following day.<\/li>\n
            6. You will see the following message appear on screen: “Congrats! Email sent successfully. Please check your email.”<\/li>\n
            7. Only 1 entry per player per day. Any further entries will not be eligible.<\/li>\n

                  Handwrite both the envelope and all contents in\u00a0CAPS\u00a0<\/b>and use\u00a0BLACK INK\u00a0<\/b>only.<\/p>\n

                  On the front of the envelope, write your return address and the exact words \u201cRequest for SC Credits<\/b>\u201d. On one side of the SC Coins Request Card, write:<\/p>\n

                  Full name exactly as shown on government issued ID.<\/p>\n

                  The email address associated with your WOW Vegas customer account.<\/p>\n

                  The residential address associated with your WOW Vegas customer account.<\/p>\n

                  One 11 digit unique one-time request code that you generated on our website.<\/p>\n

                  The statement exactly as laid out below:<\/p>\n

                  \u201cI wish to receive free SC coins in order to participate in the SC Game promotions offered by WOW Vegas. In submitting this written request, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and SC Game Rules as set out on the WOW Vegas website\u201d<\/p>\n

                  Each individual outer envelope is limited to include a maximum of one (1) Unique SC Request Card Request. For each Request Card an Eligible Participant submits correctly in accordance with the above requirements, the Eligible Participant will receive three (3) SC Coins. The SC Coins will be credited directly to the Eligible Participant’s Customer Account.<\/p>\n

                  You must ensure that your handwriting is legible. If your handwriting is deemed to be illegible, your entry will be void and the SC Coins will not be credited to your customer account. The legibility of handwriting on the SC Coins Request Cards shall be decided by Sponsor\/Promoter in its sole discretion.<\/p>\n

                  You must not electronically copy or duplicate any SC Coins Request Card.<\/p>\n

                  All SC Coins Request Cards which do not comply with the above rules will not be acknowledged or returned to the sender.<\/p>\n

                  1. A\u00a0Unique One-Time Request Code\u00a0<\/b>comprises a unique combination of 11 digits which can only be used once.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    All Eligible Participants can obtain Unique One-Time Request Codes by following the steps outlined in clause 2 of these SC Game Rules. This code assists with the accurate and efficient processing of SC Coins Request Cards. Each Unique One-Time Request Code is valid only for use by the individual customer whose WOW Vegas customer account was used to generate the code whilst logged into the WOW Vegas website. The sponsor\/promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify from promotional SC Games and\/or deactivate the customer account of any individual who is deemed to have provided or received a Unique One-Time Request Code to or from another individual.<\/p>\n

                    The sponsor\/promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify from promotional SC Games and\/or deactivate the customer account of any individual who is deemed to have tampered with or attempted to alter the process in which a Unique One-Time Request Code is generated during our alternative method of entry process on the WOW Vegas website.<\/p>\n

                    A Unique One-Time Request Code is generated by following the steps below:<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    1. Sign in to your WOW Vegas customer account.<\/li>\n
                    2. Click the option for \u201cINSTRUCTIONS ON ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY\u201d.<\/li>\n
                    3. Follow the process to generate your Unique One-Time Request Code and save it for use on your SC Coins Request Card.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      SC Coins requests must only be made by the individual associated with a unique customer account. Requests made by any other individual or entity will be declared invalid and the SC Coins will not be credited to the customer account.<\/p>\n

                      SC COIN REQUEST CARDS MUST BE POSTED AND POSTMARKED FROM THE SAME STATE OR PROVINCE AS THE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT’S VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AS ENTERED INTO THE WOW VEGAS CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SYSTEM.<\/b><\/p>\n

                      Requests found to be made by any other individual, organization, programme or any entity, including but not limited to commercial mail-in or processing subscription, notification, automation or entering services or those posted from a State or Province which is different to the Participant’s verified residential address will be declared void and invalid. SC Coins will not be credited to the Participant’s Customer Account.<\/p>\n

                      Tampering with the SC Coins request process or the operation of the SC Games, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the SC Coins request or entry process, is strictly prohibited and any requests or entries deemed by Sponsor, at its sole discretion, to have been submitted using such will be declared null and void.<\/p>\n

                      In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who submitted a request cannot be successfully resolved to the Sponsor\u2019s satisfaction, the request in dispute will be deemed invalid.<\/p>\n

                      As per these SC Game Rules, the amount of SC Coins credited will be displayed in your customer account on the WOW Vegas website.<\/p>\n

                      The actual amount of SC Coins allocated via the Unique One-time Code \/ SC Coins Request Card process can be changed at any time by the sponsor at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n

                      SC Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date a Participant received them on their Customer Account and will then automatically expire.<\/p>\n

                      To ensure fairness and active participation, SC Coins may expire if a Customer Account remains inactive for sixty (60) days or more. Inactivity is determined by absence of login activity and may result in permanent loss of any remaining SC balance.<\/p>\n

                      SC Coins may also be forfeited if a Participant\u2019s Customer Account is deactivated for any reason, or at the Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\n

                      The sponsor is not responsible for any SC Coins Request Cards that are incomplete, invalid, lost or misdirected.<\/p>\n

                      If a dispute as to the legal registration and\/or ownership of a Customer Account were to occur, the Participant will be deemed to be the confirmed account holder of the email address which was used to register the Customer Account. The \u201cconfirmed account holder\u201d is defined as the individual natural person who was assigned the email address by an email service provider or any organization responsible for assigning the email address in question.<\/p>\n

                      Participants can view their SC coin balance in the top left of the screen at any time when logged into their customer account.<\/p>\n

                      In the event that a Participant’s Customer Account is closed for any reason at the Sponsor\/Promoter’s discretion, any remaining SC coins may also be forfeited.<\/li>\n

                    4. Collect SC Coins on the first 3 days after creating your customer account.<\/b>\n

                      Upon creating your customer account and confirming eligibility to enter SC Games an Eligible Participant can collect a total of 4.5 SC Coins over the next 3 days. In order to claim these coins the Eligible Participant will simply need to click a link in an email sent to their registered email address, the bonus will automatically be credited if the user successfully logs into the Website on each qualifying day.<\/li>\n

                    5. Collect SC Coins by referring your friends.<\/b>\n

                      Invite your friends by sending them your\u00a0unique referral link<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 you\u2019ll find it in the \u201cRefer a friend\u201d section of your profile.<\/p>\n

                      You\u2019ll receive\u00a0FREE SC 20 and 5,000 WOW coins<\/b>\u00a0after your friend signs up using your referral link and spends $15 or more on WOW coins packages (and didn’t already have an account with WOW Vegas). The crediting of the Free SC and WOW coins can take up to 7 days.<\/p>\n

                      1. This promotion starts on the 12\/21\/2022, no referral prior to this date can be considered for this promotion.<\/li>\n
                      2. To be eligible for the refer a friend reward:\n

                        1. The person referred must use the unique link you have provided (from the refer a friend section of your account).<\/li>\n
                        2. The Invited Friend must purchase WOW coins package(s) for a minimum value of $15.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                        3. The referral reward is 20 SC and 5,000 WOW coins. The value of the referral reward is subject to change, in Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion.<\/li>\n
                        4. The Referral Reward(s) will only be issued only to referrers. Invited Friends are not eligible to receive any reward(s).<\/li>\n
                        5. Approved referral rewards will be credited to the referrer’s account within 7 days of the invited friend\u2019s eligible WOW coins purchase.<\/li>\n
                        6. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and\/or modify the Promotion, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond sponsor\u2019s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n
                        7. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the referral process or the operation of the promotion.<\/li>\n
                        8. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor\u2019s failure to enforce any portion of these terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of this provision.<\/li>\n
                        9. In order to be eligible, the invited friend must not already have an account with WOW Vegas.<\/li>\n
                        10. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.<\/li>\n
                        11. Invite a friend links are not permitted to be posted publicly on forums, adverts or any other method open to abuse, any user found to be posting the link inappropriately will have their account closed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          1. ENTERING SC GAMES USING SC COINS<\/b>\n
                              \n
                            1. Eligible Participants with a SC Coins balance in their customer account can use those SC Coins to play games and to make Sports Picks at the WOW Vegas website for the chance to win additional SC Coins.<\/li>\n
                            2. Only SC Coins won through SC game play are eligible to be redeemed for real prizes.<\/li>\n
                            3. WOW Vegas offers the opportunity to play many different games and to make Sports Picks using SC Coins. The specific amount of SC Coins which are required to play each game, or to submit a particular Sports Pick, will be shown clearly to the user when the game is loaded on the Website or when the Sports Pick is selected.<\/li>\n
                            4. Participants may be able to increase the amount of SC Coins used to enter a particular game or Sports Pick so they can increase their total potential winning SC Coin value.<\/li>\n
                            5. Only games and Sports Picks played with SC Coins provide the opportunity to redeem winnings for real prizes.<\/li>\n
                            6. SC Coins which have been won through SC game play can be redeemed subject to a minimum redemption requirement.<\/li>\n
                            7. SC coins eligible for redemption can be redeemed at a rate of 1SC : $1.<\/li>\n
                            8. SC Coins collected via any of the methods outlined in clause 2 of these SC Game Rules are not eligible for redemption.<\/li>\n
                            9. Decisions of the Sponsor\/Promoter relating to the administration and operation of the SC, the games, the Sports Picks and any winnings are always final and legally binding.<\/li>\n
                            10. SC Coins credited to a Participant\u2019s customer account are required to be played through one time (1x) before they are eligible to be redeemed for prizes unless sponsor\/promoter requires\/advises otherwise. SC used in a Sports Pick which has been accepted and subsequently settled will count toward any applicable playthrough requirement at the time the Sports Pick is settled. SC used in a Sports Pick which is void, cancelled or returned, or which is settled using Finish Early, will not count toward any playthrough requirement, except that where part only of a Sports Pick is settled early, the SC applicable to the remaining part will count toward any applicable playthrough requirement when that part is settled.<\/li>\n
                            11. Contributions made toward any Jackpot will not count toward the playthrough requirements applicable to any SC Coins or bonuses awarded.<\/li>\n
                            12. In its sole discretion and without prior written notice, the Sponsor\/Promoter may require that any SC Coins allocated to a Participant customer account must be played through a greater number of times on a variety of SC Coins games before they are eligible for prize redemption. The number of play through times requested via this clause will not exceed twenty times (20x).<\/li>\n
                            13. Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right to change the prize win rates or odds\/RTP of any of the casino-style SC Games at any time in its sole discretion, but not during the operation of a specific game or individual spin. A Participant can view the actual and amended, if relevant, details relating to prize win rates within the information section on each game. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to check the prize win rate \/ RTP on each occasion before they participate in any game. In relation to casino-style SC Games, the likelihood of generating a particular outcome is not in any way related to an individual Participant\u2019s previous time, frequency or level of participation in any particular game. For example, if you win or lose today, your chance of winning or losing tomorrow would remain the same. RTP is a mathematical calculation which refers to a theoretical return to a player over a large number of players over an extended time period. This paragraph applies to casino-style SC Games only and does not apply to Sports Picks.<\/li>\n
                            14. Sports Picks do not operate by reference to RTP. The terms applicable to a Sports Pick are the potential SC prize, multiplier, line, spread, total, handicap and other selection terms displayed with that Sports Pick, together with the applicable market-specific rules, in each case as they stand at the time the Sports Pick is accepted. Those terms, and the circumstances in which they may change, are governed by clause 4 (Sports Picks Using SC) of these SC Game Rules below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              1. SPORTS PICKS USING SC<\/b>\n
                                  \n
                                1. Application and order of precedence:\u00a0<\/b>This clause applies to every Sports Pick. Sports Picks are also subject to the Sports Picks House Rules, which are published on the Website and which are incorporated into and form part of these SC Game Rules. Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between them, the following order of precedence applies:\n
                                    \n
                                  1. the market-specific wording displayed with the Sports Pick at the time the Sports Pick is made;<\/li>\n
                                  2. the Sports Picks House Rules;<\/li>\n
                                  3. these SC Game Rules; and<\/li>\n
                                  4. the T&Cs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                  5. Displayed terms:\u00a0<\/b>Each available Sports Pick will display, before submission, the applicable sporting event or market, selection, closing time, SC entry amount and potential SC prize or applicable multiplier. Any additional market-specific conditions displayed with the Sports Pick form part of these SC Game Rules.<\/li>\n
                                  6. Acceptance of an entry:\u00a0<\/b>A Sports Pick is not accepted merely because a Participant attempts to submit it. An entry is accepted only when it has been recorded by the Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s systems and confirmed within the Participant\u2019s Customer Account. A confirmation message that is generated in error does not validate an otherwise invalid entry.<\/li>\n
                                  7. Changes before acceptance:\u00a0<\/b>Displayed prize multipliers, potential prizes, lines, spreads, totals, participants and market availability may change or be suspended at any time before an entry is accepted. If any material term changes before acceptance, the Participant will be required to confirm the Sports Pick on the revised terms before the entry can be accepted.<\/li>\n
                                  8. Finality after acceptance:\u00a0<\/b>Once accepted, a Sports Pick may not ordinarily be changed or cancelled by the Participant. The Sponsor\/Promoter may cancel or void an entry where permitted by these SC Game Rules, including following an obvious error, technical failure, event cancellation, market cancellation, integrity concern or acceptance after the applicable closing time.<\/li>\n
                                  9. Official results and settlement source:\u00a0<\/b>Sports Picks will be settled using the official result declared by the applicable sport\u2019s governing body or another reputable results or data provider selected by the Sponsor\/Promoter. Subsequent disciplinary proceedings, appeals, statistical corrections or changes made after the market has been settled will not ordinarily alter settlement, unless the original settlement resulted from a manifest error.<\/li>\n
                                  10. How results are determined:\u00a0<\/b>A Sports Pick is determined by the official result of the relevant event or market, applied in accordance with the market-specific wording displayed with the Sports Pick and the Sports Picks House Rules. Where neither states otherwise, the following applies:\n
                                      \n
                                    1. Sports played to a defined period of regulation time:\u00a0<\/b>For association football, American football, basketball, ice hockey and other sports in which a contest is played to a defined period of regulation time, the Sports Pick is determined using the result at the end of regulation time only, including any time added by the match officials for stoppages. Extra time, overtime, a golden goal or golden point, penalty shootouts, skills competitions and similar extensions do not count unless the market description expressly includes them.<\/li>\n
                                    2. Tennis and similar racket sports:\u00a0<\/b>The Sports Pick is determined by the completed match result, including every set, game and tie-break played, and including any championship or match tie-break played in place of a final set. If a match is not completed because a player or pair retires, is defaulted, is disqualified or receives a walkover, any market whose outcome had already been unconditionally determined at that point will be settled accordingly and every other Sports Pick on that match will be void and the applicable SC entry amount returned, unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.<\/li>\n
                                    3. Baseball and similar innings-based sports:\u00a0<\/b>The Sports Pick is determined by the final result of the game, including any extra innings. Where a game is shortened, called or suspended, the Sports Pick will be settled only if the game is an official or complete game under the rules of the relevant league or competition at the point it is called; otherwise the clause of this section dealing with postponed, abandoned or rescheduled events applies.<\/li>\n
                                    4. Golf:\u00a0<\/b>The Sports Pick is determined by the official final result of the tournament or round to which the market relates, including any play-off used to decide it, and by the official result declared by the governing body or tournament organiser where a tournament is shortened. A named participant who does not tee off is dealt with in the clause of this section dealing with non-starters and participant changes.<\/li>\n
                                    5. Motorsport:\u00a0<\/b>The Sports Pick is determined by the official classification for the relevant session or race as first declared following that session or race, ordinarily at the time of the podium presentation. A driver, rider or team is treated as taking part once the formation lap or its equivalent commences, unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.<\/li>\n
                                    6. Combat sports:\u00a0<\/b>The Sports Pick is determined by the official result announced at the end of the bout, covering every scheduled round and including a knockout, technical knockout, submission, disqualification, retirement, points decision, technical decision, majority or split decision, technical draw or draw. Where a bout ends in a draw and no draw outcome was offered as a selection in that market, the clause of this section dealing with tied outcomes and pushes applies.<\/li>\n
                                    7. Other sports and markets:\u00a0<\/b>For any sport, event or market which is not covered above, and for any sport which has no defined period of regulation time, the Sports Pick is determined by the official result of the completed contest, competition or market as declared under the applicable official rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                    8. Postponed, abandoned or rescheduled events:\u00a0<\/b>If an event is postponed, abandoned, suspended, relocated, shortened or rescheduled, the Sports Pick will be settled or voided in accordance with the market-specific rules displayed on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, an event which is not completed within [48] hours of its originally scheduled start time will be void and the applicable SC entry amount will be returned.<\/li>\n
                                    9. Non-starters and participant changes:\u00a0<\/b>Where a Sports Pick is made on a named competitor, player, driver, jockey or other named participant and that named participant takes no part in the relevant event, including through a withdrawal, scratching, non-runner, late exclusion or failure to appear, the Sports Pick will be void and the applicable SC entry amount returned, unless the applicable market rules expressly provide otherwise. Where the named participant does take part in the relevant event, the Sports Pick stands and will be settled in the ordinary way, and no change in team personnel, starting lineup, pitcher, driver, jockey, squad, substitution or playing time will void the entry unless the market expressly states otherwise. Where a Sports Pick is made on a team, field or event as a whole rather than on a named participant, a change in the composition of that team or field will not void the entry unless the market expressly states otherwise.<\/li>\n
                                    10. Dead heats:\u00a0<\/b>Where two or more competitors, participants or selections are declared joint winners of, or joint holders of, the same finishing position in a market, for example a joint winner, a joint top scorer or a shared finishing position, and that shared outcome was not offered as a separate selection in that market, the potential SC prize for the affected selection may be divided by the number of competitors, participants or selections sharing that position, unless otherwise stated in the applicable market rules. Where instead the market as a whole ends level, the clause of this section dealing with tied outcomes and pushes applies.<\/li>\n
                                    11. Tied outcomes and pushes:\u00a0<\/b>Where the outcome of a Sports Pick is exactly level, so that the selection can be said neither to have succeeded nor to have failed, the Sports Pick is void and the applicable SC entry amount will be returned. This includes where a handicap, spread or line is applied and the adjusted result is exactly equal to that line; where a total, an over or under, or a similar market settles exactly on the stated line; and where the relevant event or market ends in a tie or draw and no tie or draw outcome was offered as a selection in that market. A market which is offered with a half-point line cannot end level in this way. Where a Sports Pick which is void under this clause forms part of a multiple or combined Sports Pick, it will be treated in accordance with the clause of this section dealing with multi-selection entries.<\/li>\n
                                    12. Multi-selection entries:\u00a0<\/b>All selections in a multiple or combined Sports Pick must be successful for the entry to win, unless otherwise stated. If one selection is void, that selection will ordinarily be removed and the potential SC prize recalculated using the remaining valid selections. If every selection is void, the SC entry amount will be returned. The Sponsor\/Promoter may reject or void a combination containing related or dependent selections where the displayed potential prize did not properly account for that relationship.<\/li>\n
                                    13. Obvious or manifest errors:\u00a0<\/b>The Sponsor\/Promoter may correct, resettle or void a Sports Pick which is affected by an obvious or manifest error, including an incorrect participant, event, line, total, handicap, closing time, multiplier, potential prize, result or market configuration. Where reasonably practicable, the Sports Pick will be settled on the correct terms that were generally available at the time of acceptance; otherwise, the entry will be void and the relevant SC entry amount returned. This applies only to errors which are objectively obvious and does not permit the Sponsor\/Promoter to alter accepted terms which were correctly displayed.<\/li>\n
                                    14. Late entries and known outcomes:\u00a0<\/b>A Sports Pick which is accepted while the relevant market is open remains valid, including where the Sports Pick is made after the relevant event has started and while that market is offered in play. A Sports Pick may be voided under this clause only where it was accepted:\n
                                        \n
                                      1. after the applicable closing time displayed with the Sports Pick, or after the point at which the market should have been suspended or closed under the ordinary operating rules of the Sponsor\/Promoter or its supplier;<\/li>\n
                                      2. after the outcome of the relevant selection had been determined, or was otherwise known; or<\/li>\n
                                      3. at a time when the Sponsor\/Promoter is able to demonstrate that the Participant obtained, or was in a position to obtain, a material informational advantage which was not generally available to other Participants at that time, including through a delayed, interrupted or manipulated data feed, a delayed broadcast, attendance at the event, or confidential or non-public information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                        The relevant SC entry amount will ordinarily be returned unless fraud, manipulation or prohibited conduct is involved. A Sports Pick will not be voided under this clause merely because the relevant event had commenced when the Sports Pick was accepted.<\/li>\n

                                      4. Technical and data failures:\u00a0<\/b>Live scores, statistics, timers, commentary and other event information are provided for convenience and may be delayed or inaccurate. Participants must not rely upon such information when making a Sports Pick. If a transmission, pricing, data-feed or technical failure affects the integrity of a market, the Sponsor\/Promoter may suspend the market, delay settlement, correct the settlement or void affected entries.<\/li>\n
                                      5. Settlement corrections:\u00a0<\/b>The Sponsor\/Promoter may correct an incorrect settlement. SC may be credited to or deducted from a Participant\u2019s Customer Account to reflect the correct result. A Participant must not redeem, transfer or use SC credited as a result of an evident settlement error. A correction made under this clause will not create a negative redeemable SC balance on a Participant\u2019s Customer Account.<\/li>\n
                                      6. Maximum entries and prizes:\u00a0<\/b>The Sponsor\/Promoter may impose minimum or maximum SC entry amounts, maximum potential prizes, aggregate event or market limits, and Participant-specific promotional limits. Applicable limits will be displayed before acceptance or otherwise communicated to the Participant.<\/li>\n
                                      7. Sports integrity and prohibited Participants:\u00a0<\/b>A Participant must not make Sports Picks using confidential, non-public or unlawfully obtained information, manipulate or attempt to manipulate a sporting event, or act in concert with others to circumvent limits. A Participant must not make Sports Picks where the Participant is an athlete, coach, official, team employee, agent or other person prohibited from participating by applicable law or by the rules of the relevant sport. The Sponsor\/Promoter may suspend settlement and investigate any suspected breach of this clause.<\/li>\n
                                      8. Settlement timing:\u00a0<\/b>Sports Picks will ordinarily be settled after the official result is available. Settlement may be delayed while results, integrity concerns, technical issues or eligibility are verified.<\/li>\n
                                      9. Finish Early:\u00a0<\/b>Where the Sponsor\/Promoter makes it available, a Participant may be offered the opportunity to settle all or part of an accepted Sports Pick before the relevant event or market has been completed, in exchange for the SC amount displayed at the time the request is accepted (\u201cFinish Early\u201d). The following applies whenever a Sports Pick is settled using Finish Early:\n
                                          \n
                                        1. Availability:\u00a0<\/b>Finish Early is offered at the Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s sole discretion and is not a right or a guaranteed feature of any Sports Pick. It may not be available for every sport, event, market, selection or Sports Pick, may be offered for part of an entry only, and may be withdrawn, suspended or restricted at any time and for any Participant or Customer Account, without notice.<\/li>\n
                                        2. The Finish Early amount:\u00a0<\/b>The SC amount displayed for a Finish Early is determined by the Sponsor\/Promoter by reference to the position of the relevant market at that time. It may be more or less than the SC entry amount and will ordinarily be less than the potential SC prize. It is not a valuation of the Sports Pick and does not represent any prediction of the eventual result.<\/li>\n
                                        3. Amounts may change or be withdrawn:\u00a0<\/b>A displayed Finish Early amount is an indication only and is valid only at the moment it is displayed. It may change or be withdrawn at any time before a request is accepted, including where a market is suspended, an event materially progresses, displayed terms move or a selection is settled. If the amount changes or is withdrawn after a request is submitted but before it is accepted, the request will not be accepted at the previously displayed amount, and the Participant may submit a new request at the amount then displayed, if any.<\/li>\n
                                        4. When a Finish Early becomes binding:\u00a0<\/b>A Finish Early request is not accepted merely because a Participant submits it or because the Website indicates that it has been received. A Finish Early is binding only when it has been recorded by the Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s systems and confirmed within the Participant\u2019s Customer Account. A confirmation message that is generated in error does not validate an otherwise invalid Finish Early.<\/li>\n
                                        5. Failed or rejected requests:\u00a0<\/b>A Finish Early request may fail or be rejected, including because of market suspension, a change in the Finish Early amount, delayed or interrupted event data, the applicable closing time being reached, a technical or connectivity failure, or because Finish Early has been withdrawn for that market or Participant. Where a request fails or is rejected, the Sports Pick is not settled early, remains in force on its original terms and will be settled in the ordinary way. The Sponsor\/Promoter is not obliged to honour a failed or rejected request and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for any Finish Early which is unavailable, delayed, withdrawn or unsuccessful.<\/li>\n
                                        6. Effect of settling early:\u00a0<\/b>Once a Finish Early has been accepted it is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled or amended by the Participant. The Sports Pick, or the part of it which was settled early, is settled at the accepted Finish Early amount, that amount is credited as the SC prize for that Sports Pick, and the Participant has no further entitlement in respect of it regardless of the eventual result of the relevant event or market. Where part only of a Sports Pick is settled early, the remaining part continues on its original terms and will be settled in the ordinary way.<\/li>\n
                                        7. Errors and corrections:\u00a0<\/b>A Finish Early which is affected by an obvious or manifest error, or by incorrect, delayed or interrupted event data, or which is accepted after the outcome of the relevant selection was known or after the market should have been suspended, may be voided or corrected in accordance with the clauses of this section dealing with obvious or manifest errors, late entries and known outcomes, technical and data failures, and settlement corrections. Where a Finish Early is voided, the Sports Pick will be reinstated on its original terms and settled in the ordinary way or, where reinstatement is not reasonably practicable, the SC entry amount will be returned.<\/li>\n
                                        8. Limits, playthrough and prohibited use:\u00a0<\/b>SC credited as the result of a Finish Early is subject to these SC Game Rules in the same way as any other SC prize, and a Sports Pick which is settled using Finish Early constitutes one play round. SC used in a Sports Pick which is settled using Finish Early does not count toward any playthrough requirement. The Sponsor\/Promoter may set minimum and maximum Finish Early amounts and may refuse a Finish Early where a Participant uses, or attempts to use, Finish Early to circumvent playthrough requirements, prize limits or any other provision of these SC Game Rules or the T&Cs, or in connection with any conduct described in the clause of this section dealing with sports integrity and prohibited Participants.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                            \n
                                          1. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF POTENTIAL SC GAME WINNERS<\/b>\n

                                            All potential SC Game winners are subject to a verification process by the sponsor\/promoter in any manner it may choose.<\/p>\n

                                            THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR\/PROMOTER ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SC. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE SC RULES AND BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR\/PROMOTER WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.<\/b><\/p>\n

                                            The Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s transactional records, and not the visual interface presented to a Participant or any third-party sports data, odds or results feed, determine:<\/p>\n

                                            1. whether an entry or Sports Pick was accepted;<\/li>\n
                                            2. the selections and terms which were accepted;<\/li>\n
                                            3. the time of acceptance;<\/li>\n
                                            4. the SC entry amount; and<\/li>\n
                                            5. the settlement which is applied.<\/li>\n
                                            6. Potential prize winners must comply with these SC Game Rules and winning is always contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set out here.<\/li>\n
                                            7. A potential prize winner may be required to sign and return to the Sponsor\/Promoter, an affidavit\/declaration of eligibility, and liability\/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his\/her prize (if applicable).<\/li>\n
                                            8. In the case of a Canadian eligible winner, the participant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-based question without mechanical or any other similar aid to be administered at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time, before the prize win can be verified and confirmed.<\/li>\n
                                            9. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return the affidavit\/declaration of eligibility and liability\/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these SC Game Rules (including, but not limited to, the requirement to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question if a resident of Canada), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                              1. PRIZES & REDEMPTION<\/b>\n

                                                1. A Participant’s SC Coins balance is shown in the top right corner of a Participant’s Customer Account.<\/li>\n
                                                2. A participant must be the holder of a fully verified SC customer account in order to request a redemption and all supporting documents must be valid and in date.<\/li>\n
                                                3. Where a Participant has chosen to redeem SC prizes for cash, the cash payment will be paid in USD to the financial account or online wallet from which you originally purchased WOW Coins, or if this is not technically possible, then to an alternative bank or financial account you nominate upon Sponsor\/Promoter approval.<\/li>\n
                                                4. Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right to require the use of the same payment method for redemption of prizes as was used to purchase WOW Coins, or a particular payment method specified at Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s sole discretion.<\/li>\n
                                                5. Sponsor\/Promoter will only process a cash prize redemption if the redeemed value of the prize is equal to US$50 or more (i.e. a minimum of 50 eligible SC Coins). Consequently, a Participant’s Customer Account must have a balance of at least 50 eligible SC Coins before requesting a prize redemption. Alternative methods such as gift vouchers may offer a smaller minimum redemption than 50SC.<\/li>\n
                                                6. MW Services and its subsidiaries may charge a fee for the processing of prize redemptions, in its sole discretion. Any applicable fee shall not exceed the costs of processing the redemption payment, as estimated by the Sponsor\/Promoter in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n
                                                7. To be eligible for a SC coins prize or a SC coins prize redemption:\n
                                                    \n
                                                  1. Participant must be an eligible participant;<\/li>\n
                                                  2. the Participant\u2019s customer account details must match those of the financial account;<\/li>\n
                                                  3. the name on all credit\/debit cards and\/or other payment methods which you have used to purchase WOW Coins must match the name on your customer account;<\/li>\n
                                                  4. all relevant age, identity, verification, KYC and source of funds checks must have been successfully completed; and<\/li>\n
                                                  5. for the purposes of security and anti money laundering, we will only authorize redemption of prizes to a bank or financial account in your own name. If you provide details for a bank or financial account which you hold jointly with another person or persons, you accept that prizes will be paid directly into that account and you may be required to supply additional identity and information documents relating to the joint account holder(s) in order to assist us in identifying and verifying the joint account holder(s).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                                                  6. For eligible participants who are resident in Florida, the highest single prize amount that can be redeemed is capped at USD$5,000 per spin or play round. Redemption amounts exceeding USD$5,000 will not be awarded to residents of that state. For the purposes of this clause, each accepted single Sports Pick and each accepted multiple Sports Pick constitutes one play round, including where it is settled using Finish Early.<\/li>\n
                                                  7. Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit a Participant’s redemption of SC Coins to US$10,000 per day.<\/li>\n
                                                  8. Payments in excess of $2,500 may require a longer processing period in order to complete any necessary bank, security and fraud clearance processes. Due to this, such payments may not always be processed in one lump sum.<\/li>\n
                                                  9. Sponsor\/Promoter is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a prize redemption. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and\/or redemption.<\/li>\n
                                                  10. Sponsor\/Promoter is not responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges or related costs that may be incurred as a result of, or in relation to, a prize redemption, including but not limited to any losses or additional costs arising from foreign exchange fluctuations.<\/li>\n
                                                  11. SC Coins are not transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s\/Promoter’s sole discretion. Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right to substitute the listed prize of equal or greater value for any reason owing to circumstances outside Sponsor’s\/Promoter’s reasonable control.<\/li>\n
                                                  12. In the event that one or more of a Participant\u2019s purchases on the WOW Vegas website is subject to a chargeback, all pending redemptions on the customer account will be immediately canceled. No further redemption requests will be allowed. The Participant\u2019s customer account may be suspended or permanently closed at the Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s sole discretion, pending investigation in conjunction with our payment processing agents. In the event that a Participant\u2019s account is subject to any of the account closure options detailed in our Responsible Social Gaming Policy, all pending prize redemptions will be cancelled and no further prize redemption requests will be processed.                                                           5. release and hold harmless the Sponsor\/Promoter and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the SC Games, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively referred to as the Released Parties) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the SC Games, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and\/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and<\/li>\n
                                                          6. indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor\/Promoter from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys\/legal fees) arising out of or relating to a Participant’s participation in the SC Games and\/or Participant’s acceptance, use or misuse of prizes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                            1. PUBLICITY<\/b>\n

                                                              Except where prohibited, participation in the SC Games constitutes each Participant’s consent to Sponsor’s\/Promoter’s and its agents’ use of Participant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and\/or hometown and state\/province\/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                              1. REQUESTS FOR WINNERS LIST<\/b>\n

                                                                In order to request a list of persons awarded prizes on a specific date, which can be no longer than 60 days after the close of the Promotion, you must mail a handwritten request with the exact date requested along with a self addressed and stamped envelope to:<\/p>\n

                                                                1. GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/b>\n

                                                                  1. Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and\/or modify the SC Games or these SC Game Rules, or any part of the SC Games or these SC Game Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s\/Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the SC Games, as determined by Sponsor\/Promoter in its sole discretion.<\/li>\n
                                                                  2. Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the SC Games or to be acting in violation of these SC Game Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.<\/li>\n
                                                                  3. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the SC Games may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s\/Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these SC Game Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.<\/li>\n
                                                                  4. In all other cases, the Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and\/or modify the SC Games. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and\/or modification will be posted on\u00a0https:\/\/wowvegas.com<\/a><\/li>\n
                                                                  5. The Sponsor\/Promoter may add, amend, suspend or withdraw the Sports Picks House Rules, and may add, amend, suspend or withdraw any sport, event or market offered as a Sports Pick, at any time. Any such change will apply to Sports Picks accepted after the change takes effect.<\/li>\n
                                                                  6. Whenever we amend these SC Game Rules in a way that would limit your current rights or which may be to your detriment, we will notify you upon your next visit to the Platform and you will be required to re-confirm your acceptance prior to participating in any Promotional Play. If you do not agree to the amended SC Game Rules, you may not participate in any Promotional SC Play.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                    1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY<\/b>\n

                                                                      Insofar as permitted by law in the respective territories, the Released Parties (as defined above) are not responsible for:<\/p>\n

                                                                      2. technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;<\/li>\n
                                                                      3. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the SC Games;<\/li>\n
                                                                      4. technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the SC Games;<\/li>\n
                                                                      5. any act, omission, failure, delay, suspension, interruption, error or inaccuracy originating with, or contained in information supplied by, a third party, including sports-data providers, results feeds, odds or market suppliers, sporting governing bodies, event or competition organizers, streaming or live-score services and third-party settlement systems; or<\/li>\n
                                                                      6. any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the SC Games or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                        If for any reason a Participant’s\u00a0SC\u00a0<\/b>or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant’s sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor\/Promoter of an equivalent amount of\u00a0SC<\/b>.<\/p>\n

                                                                        This limitation of liability applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                        1. DISPUTES<\/b>\n

                                                                          Clause 18 of the T&Cs (Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate on an Individual Basis) is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these SC Game Rules, you agree to be bound by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in clause 18 of the T&Cs<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                            1. Under no circumstances will any Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in these SC), and the Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.\u00a0SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.<\/b><\/li>\n
                                                                            2. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the promotion to all Participants, the Sponsor\/Promoter will respond to questions to Customer Support via this form and may post updates\/communications on its social media pages at Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.<\/li>\n
                                                                            3. Any Participant posting or found to be making posts or comments on Sponsor’s\/Promoter’s own social media pages or elsewhere during the promotion that are considered harassment, bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other Participants, customers and\/or fans of WOW Vegas, will have their comments removed and will be immediately disqualified from the SC Games.<\/li>\n
                                                                            4. Any Participant posting or found to be making unfair, incorrect, damaging or harassing posts or comments directed at WOW Vegas or its representatives on Sponsor’s\/Promoter’s own social media pages or elsewhere during the promotion will have their comments removed and will be immediately disqualified from the SC Games.<\/li>\n
                                                                            5. The Sponsor\/Promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook to any such behavior and Participant may have his\/her Facebook account frozen pending investigation.<\/li>\n
                                                                            6. Any Participant posting or found to be submitting unfair, factually incorrect, damaging or fraudulent requests to our customer help department or harassing our agents or representatives, can be immediately disqualified from the SC Games at the Sponsor\/Promoter\u2019s sole discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
